Care is led by Lauren Sauls, APRN-C, a Panama City local with more than five years of primary care experience, for patients here and across the surrounding communities of Lynn Haven, Callaway, Springfield, Parker and Panama City Beach.

Lauren Sauls is a Panama City local and a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than five years of primary care experience. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama.
She leads Panama City Primary Care with one standard: treat every patient like family, and give this community care that is accessible, thorough and genuinely compassionate.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Panama City Primary Care is accepting new patients age two and up, from childhood through adulthood. Call (850) 304-7010 to get scheduled.
Do you see children, or only adults?
Both. The practice cares for patients from childhood through adulthood, so a whole household can be seen in one place and one family history stays together instead of spread across separate offices.
What is a nurse practitioner, and can one be my primary care provider?
Yes. A nurse practitioner (APRN-C) is an advanced practice registered nurse with graduate-level clinical training and national board certification. Nurse practitioners diagnose and treat illness, order and interpret labs and imaging, manage chronic conditions and prescribe medication, and serve as primary care providers throughout Florida. Lauren Sauls has more than five years of primary care experience.
Is there a Medical Doctor that is a part of the practice?
In Florida, qualified nurse practitioners may practice independently without physician oversight when they hold an autonomous practice license. To qualify for autonomous practice, a nurse practitioner must meet specific education, experience and clinical practice requirements, including 3,000 hours of clinical practice under physician supervision. Lauren Sauls APRN-C, has completed these requirements and holds an active autonomous practice license in Florida.
What is medically assisted weight loss?
It is a weight-loss program supervised by your provider rather than a commercial diet plan. Your labs, medical history and current medications shape the plan, progress is reviewed at follow-up visits, and treatment is adjusted as you go. What insurance do you accept?

Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome during office hours. Booking ahead — online or by calling (850) 304-7010 — usually means less time in the waiting room, but you are welcome to stop in.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of the medications and supplements you take (including doses), and any records or test results from a previous provider. If you have a specific concern, jot it down beforehand so it does not get lost in the visit.
Can I be seen when I am sick?
